1. Purpose

These General Terms and Conditions define the rights and obligations of the parties in connection with the online sale of products offered by Karenation. They apply to any order placed on the Site by a consumer, excluding any professional use or resale.

2. Products

The products sold are described with the greatest care. However, minimal variations in color, texture, or size may exist. Some references may be offered in limited edition or for pre-order.

3. Price

Prices are listed in euros, including VAT, excluding delivery charges. Karenation reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. In the event of an obvious error (low prices), the order may be canceled.

4. Order

Any order implies unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. A confirmation email is sent after payment validation. Karenation may refuse an order in the event of a dispute, suspected fraud, or unavailability.

5. Payment

Payment is secure and can be made via credit card, PayPal, or other methods offered on the site. No order will be shipped without full payment validation.

6. Delivery

See our Shipping Policy . Delivery to France and selected areas. Delivery times are approximate and depend on the carrier. Incorrect address = reshipping costs to be paid by the customer.

7. Right of withdrawal

The customer has 14 days to exercise their right of withdrawal. Opened or used products will not be refunded for hygiene reasons. See our Return Policy .

8. Legal guarantees

The customer benefits from legal guarantees of conformity and against hidden defects. All requests must be sent to support@karenation.com with supporting documents.

9. Use of products

These products are intended for external and personal use. It is the customer's responsibility to verify compatibility with their skin. Karenation declines all responsibility in the event of improper use or allergies.

10. Limitation of liability

Karenation cannot be held responsible in the event of force majeure, temporary unavailability of the site or misuse of the products by the customer.

11. Personal data

The data collected is processed in accordance with the GDPR. See our Privacy Policy . The customer can exercise their rights at any time by email.

12. Intellectual Property

All elements of the site are the exclusive property of Karenation. Any reproduction, even partial, is strictly prohibited without written authorization.

13. Special offers & promo codes

Codes are valid for the duration of their intended use. Karenation reserves the right to cancel an order in the event of abuse.

14. Testimonials & Customer Content

Any content shared by the customer (reviews, photos, testimonials) may be reused by Karenation unless explicitly requested otherwise.

15. Non-waiver

Failure to enforce a clause does not constitute a definitive waiver of the right to enforce it at a later date.

16. Partial nullity

If any of the clauses is found to be invalid, the others remain fully applicable.

17. Applicable law & jurisdiction

These General Terms and Conditions are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the parties will seek an amicable resolution. Failing this, the competent courts of Paris will be referred to.
