Shipping policy

At Karenation, we make every effort to ensure that your order is carefully prepared and shipped as quickly as possible.


1. Shipping Areas

We currently deliver to:

  • Metropolitan France (including Corsica and Monaco)

  • European Union

  • International

2. Processing Time

Orders are processed within 24 to 72 business hours (excluding weekends and public holidays), subject to product availability.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.


3. Delivery Times (after dispatch)

  • Metropolitan France: 2 to 5 business days

  • European Union: 4 to 8 business days

  • International: 7 to 15 business days (depending on the country)

These timeframes are given for information purposes only and may vary depending on carriers, peak periods, or customs clearance procedures.


4. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are automatically calculated at checkout based on the parcel weight, destination, and chosen carrier.

Free shipping for orders over €60 within Metropolitan France.


5. Order Tracking

Once your package has been shipped, you will receive a tracking link by email.

6. Undelivered, Lost, or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel is damaged upon delivery, please refuse it or note a detailed reservation on the carrier’s delivery slip.

If your order is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the carrier first, then our customer service within 48 hours.

In the event of proven loss or an error attributable to Karenation, a replacement or refund may be offered after investigation.


7. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Please ensure that the shipping address provided during checkout is complete and accurate.

Karenation cannot be held responsible for delays or losses related to an incorrect or incomplete address. Reshipping fees will remain the customer’s responsibility.


8. Customs Duties and Taxes

For deliveries outside the European Union, local customs duties or taxes may apply upon receipt of the parcel.

These fees are the customer’s responsibility and are non-refundable by Karenation.
