Refund policy
1. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Articles L.221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, you have a period of 14 calendar days from the receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without justification or penalties.
2. Return Conditions
Products must be returned in their original condition, unopened, unused, and in their intact packaging.
Any product that is opened, used, incomplete, or damaged will not be eligible for exchange or refund.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of defective products or errors attributable to Karenation.
3. Return Procedure
Before any return, please contact our customer service by email at contact@karenation.com to notify us of your withdrawal request and obtain precise return instructions.
The return must be made within 14 days of this notification, to the address provided by our customer service.
4. Refund
Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the order, within 14 days following the receipt and validation of the returned products by our quality department.
Karenation reserves the right to withhold the refund until the actual recovery of the products or receipt of proof of shipment, in accordance with Article L.221-24 of the French Consumer Code.
5. Non-Returnable Products
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used cosmetic products cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
Items purchased on sale or final clearance may also be excluded from the right of withdrawal, in accordance with applicable legal provisions.
